The recent tragic flooding in Texas, including in parts of our own diocese, has led people to ask where they can make donations to Catholic organizations who are helping in the recovery process.
The Diocese of San Angelo organized a second collection to support flood victims, taken the weekends of July 6 and July 13 in the parishes of the diocese. The money collected will be distributed between Catholic charitable organizations in the diocese of San Angelo and San Antonio.
For anybody wishing to make a contribution directly to organizations helping in the Texas flood recovery process, Bishop Michael J. Sis of the Diocese of San Angelo has recommended the following:
