The Diocese of San Angelo is partnering with the Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate (CARA) at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. to evaluate and understand member relationships to their parish, clergy, and other parishioners. This survey focuses on the role of race and ethnicity in relation to members’ experiences within the Church and in their everyday lives. In particular, Black and African Catholics are asked to respond. The survey is 100% confidential and all are welcome to participate.

We strongly encourage completing the survey online. To do so, please click on the link below to proceed to the survey. For this survey, you will be able to click through the questions and select your responses. Please answer each question to the best of your knowledge. If you need to go back to a previous question, you are able to do so with the “Back” button. To change an answer, simply select the new response which will void the previously selected response. If the question permits more than one response, you may de-select a response by clicking it a second time. Then enter your preferred choice. On the final page, you will click “Submit” to record your survey.
